Reheating Instructions: Welcome


Quick & Easy


  1. In a large pot bring water to a boil.

  2. Add the pack of tamales -with the clear plastic bag, note the time at which the water comes to a boil again. From that point, boil the pack of tamales for 10-13 minutes. 

  3. Remove the pack of tamales from the pot with tongs and place it on a plate, open the bag and serve.


  1. From thawed state place the tamales (with the husk) in a frying pan at low heat. 

  2. Heat for 7 minutes and then flip over. Heat for 5 more minutes or until hot through.

TIP: when the husk is a bit burned it's a good sign the tamales are ready.


  1. Remove the tamales from the clear bag.

  2. In a pot steamer place the tamales standing up and close to each other.

  3. Cover with a wet cloth and lid. Steam for 7-10 minutes, if thawed, or 15 if frozen.

Enjoy your tamales within two days after reheating.
