1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and contacting us immediately if there are any issues.
2. Refunds
Refunds are considered in the following case:
- Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately or within 2 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the items for verification
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us or call us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for refunds.
- We do not offer refunds for customer preference or taste.
